How do I log in?
When you arrive on our website you will see the LOG IN tab on the upper right side of your screen next to Plans and Pricing. Click on it. In the field labeled username, type in the username you chose when you filled in your subscription information. Then type in your password and click Sign In. It’s that simple!
I forgot my password what do I do?
Click on the words “Forgot Password ?”. Enter the e-mail address you provided us when you signed up for your subscription and an email with reset password instructions will be sent to you. Make sure to check your Junk or spam folder, as this email many have ended up there.

I want to change my password, what are my requirements?
When setting up a password:
• Include at least six characters
• Include a least one number and one letter
• Not repeat the same character more than 3 times

How often do you add new courses?
We continually add to our library of courses on a monthly basis. Each time you visit our site you should see new Courses, Tutorials, Quizzes and varied content added.
Can I send in a request for training to be added to the library?
We are continually adding new content to our library and we want to add content that is interesting to our Members. Please send an e-mail to Admin(at)eduswarm.io We maintain a list of requested content from our members.
Do You Have a Refund Policy?
Yes, when you Purchase any of our paid Product Memberships, you will have a 3-day period to cancel your Membership and receive a refund.
You don’t need to give us a reason to cancel. You need only send us an e-mail to; admin(at)eduswarm.com – requesting cancellation. Your refund will be processed in the same manner that your subscription was paid for.
Refunds will NOT be issued if you as an Independent Affiliate have already received a commission(s) that is equal or exceeds your initial product purchase. If an Independent Affiliate has earned commissions less than the initial product purchase, the difference will be refunded.
Refunds will not be issued if a Member is in violation of any our Site Terms, Affiliate Terms or Policies.
How do I access the courses?
When you log into you account, your website will open at “Dashboard” click on the “Library” button. Click on one of the 6 categories. If you choose Video courses, you can choose one of the subject categories and then choose the course you would like to listen to. To access Tutorials, e-Books, Games and more, click on the appropriate button.
What do I need to log in?
The username that you created when you first signed up and a password for that username.
Am I allowed to share my username and password?
No, each Membership subscription is for one person only. If you share your username and password you will be in violation of our Terms and Conditions and your Membership will be terminated.
Can I log in from any computer or am I limited to a specific computer?
Yes, you can log in from any internet connected computer. You can only be logged into one computer at a time.
Can I log in from a phone or tablet?
Yes, our site is fully responsive so you can log into your account and have access to all our content.
Can I read an E-Book on my phone?
Yes, you can download any of our E-books and view it on your phone, tablet or other mobile device.
Can I view a video on my tablet?
Yes, you can view our entire video library on your phone, tablet or other mobile device.
I have a low cost data plan for my phone and would like to watch my video courses, what do you suggest I do?
With a low cost data plan you need to limit the amount of material you are downloading and/or streaming. We suggest you use Wi-Fi to view any of our content.
I did not check the Affiliate box when I signed in what do I do now?

Do I have to sell Memberships to earn a Retail Sales Commission?
YES.
INITIAL AFFILIATE QUALIFICATIONS: AFFILIATES ARE REQUIRED TO SELL A MINIMUM OF ANY 2 PRODUCT PACKAGES WITHIN 90 DAYS TO QUALIFY TO EARN SALES COMMISSIONS. AFFILIATES WHO DO NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT WILL FORFEIT ANY SALES COMMISSIONS. ONCE THE 2 PRODUCT PACKAGES SALES REQUIREMENT ARE MET, AFFILIATES ARE NOW QUALIFIED TO EARN SALES COMMISSIONS.
ONGOING AFFILIATE QUALIFICATIONS: AFFILIATES ARE REQUIRED TO SELL A MINIMUM OF ANY 1 PRODUCT PACKAGE EVERY 90 DAYS. AFFILIATES WHO DO NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT WILL FORFEIT SALES COMMISSIONS.(AND MAY BE REMOVED FROM THE SYSTEM) . THIS IS AN IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT TO PROTECT YOUR EARNINGS POTENTIAL. What happens if my enroller is not on an upgraded Pay Stage when I or someone else advances or signs up?
If your enroller is on a lower pay stage than you are, you will still earn your Retail Sales Commissions. You should continue to work your business just as you would if your enroller was on a higher Pay Stage than you. As you and your enroller continue to work your business, eventually as you recycle and your enroller advances and recycles, you will automatically fill an open board positions always following your enroller for that Pay Stage.
